What this website collects

When you send an inquiry, this website stores the information you provide, including your name, email, phone if supplied, asset details, buying requirements, budgets, company information, coverage and capabilities, requested services, pickup and delivery locations, message, and any uploaded photos. It also records the inquiry time, referring page and campaign tags when available so Yonder can understand where inquiries come from.

How your details are used

Yonder uses inquiry information to respond to your request and discuss relevant buying, selling, inspection, cleaning, repair, price-opinion, or domestic and overseas freight options. The auction interest list records your permission to receive auction announcements. The buy list stores your equipment requirements for follow-up. If you separately opt in to matching-equipment emails, Yonder may contact you about relevant equipment until you ask to stop. Business connection requests are used to discuss potential equipment or transport work. Submitting an inquiry does not add you to the auction announcement list.

Storage and access

Inquiries and seller photos are stored for Yonder’s owner to review. They are not displayed in the public inventory catalog. Listing photos intentionally published by Yonder are visible to site visitors. Hosting services process these records to operate the website. When inquiry email notifications are enabled, the sending service also processes inquiry details to notify Yonder.

Cookies and measurement

This site does not currently use a Facebook advertising pixel or third-party advertising cookies. Owner sign-in uses the hosting platform’s authentication. Campaign tags are kept in session storage for the current browser tab so a later inquiry can be attributed to the campaign. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers are used to limit repeated form submissions.

To ask about your information, correct an inquiry, request removal, or leave the auction interest list, contact Yonder through this form. Include the email address used for the original inquiry. Avoid sending payment information or sensitive personal documents through these forms.
